What services do you provide ?

We are a booking platform offering serviced apartments from short term to long term bookings through trusted accommodation providers. You can also select our apartment search service in which we will do all the search on your behalf. Select your destination or area, budget and booking period and we will do the rest to find you the most suitable apartment available.

How to book an apartment?

Search and select your chosen apartment using our simple search feature and follow the online instructions which will take you to signing up and sending your booking enquiry over. Your booking will be reviewed and you will be notified by email on each of the booking process. Bookings are subject to availability of apartments and will be fully confirmed via email and your online user dashboard once payment has been received on your account.  

How can I sign up?

Signing up is super easy.  You can sign up with your Facebook or Google ID or simply sign up using your email.

What types of accommodations can I find on Cliq Apartments?

Cliq Apartments offers apartments of all sizes from studio to penthouses. All apartments are fully serviced and professionally managed through trusted providers with years of experience.

Can I visit the accommodation before booking it?

We are happy to help and can arrange a viewing subject to availability of the apartment at the time of viewing. All viewings requests can be made via the website.

How to be sure of safety in my accommodation?

All apartments are equipped with safety equipments such as Smoke detector, Fire Extinguisher, Safe and Alarm.

Do I need to provide a deposit?

The apartment provider sets the amount of deposit required if applicable depending on the length of stay. The amount of deposit required will be mentioned on your booking acceptance form.

What are the payment terms?

You will be required to make a payment of between 20% to 100% depending on the booking period and cancellation policy at the time of the booking. Payments can be made via Visa, Mastercard and bank transfer.  Instruction on final payments will be stated on your booking confirmation receipt.

How to make payments?

Payments can be made via bank transfer, Paypal or online payment using Worldpay.

What are the cancellation terms?

All cancellation policies are provided on apartment details page of every apartment. Each apartment will have one of the following: Flexible, moderate or strict.

Cancellation by you:

You will be liable to pay any cancellation fee set by the apartment provider calculated in accordance with your booking in the event that you cancel your Contract or if you or the Guests fail to show at the Serviced Apartment by the time specified

Cancellation by company:

In the event of any cancellation from our partner provides, all payments made by you will be fully refunded you for the days that you have not occupied the Apartment.

Can I modify the dates of my stay after I’ve booked the accommodation?

Any change on bookings dates  or period will be be subject to availability and you may be required to make a new booking for the modified dates and subject to a cancellation fee set by the apartment provider.



How do I proceed for the check-in?

Upon confirmation of your booking, we will provide you with all the information required on check-in along with apartment address and details.

 

Where to find my receipt or my summary my booking?

You can always log into your account for a summary of your reservation and by clicking on the reference of your booking, you will find full booking and payment details.

What is VAT? How does it apply to me?

EU VAT rules will apply automatically on your booking reciept.
