New Deliveroo Eat Out To Help Out Offer Giving You Discount On Takeaways

The Eat Out to Help Out scheme officially ended at the end of August but the good news is the food delivery company Deliveroo has launched Eat In to Help Out Promotion which offers a £5 discount from your favourite local takeaway throughout September.

The Eat Out to Help Out scheme was incredibly popular and saw diners claim around 100 million discounted meals in August which was a huge boost for the restaurant and hospitality industry. Many restaurants have decided to continue with the discounted meals scheme throughout September.

You can now enjoy a discount on food delivered to your home or office courtesy of Deliveroo.

How the Deliveroo discount works

There is a different code for each week in September. It can be used on orders over £20 between Monday and Wednesday.

Each of these codes expires after two days or after the first 100,000 redemptions – whichever comes first and you can only use one Eat In to Help Out code per week.

‘EATIN1’ between 1 and 2 September

‘EATIN2’ between 7 and 9 September

‘EATIN3’ between 14 and 16 September

‘EATIN4’ between 21 and 23 September

‘EATIN5’ between 28 and 30 September

New customers using Deliveroo for the first time will also get free delivery for 14 days.

Backed by Mr Rishi Sunak the chancellor of the exchequer and more than 16,000 restaurants will be part of the discount scheme.
